Audiences can send booking requests to artists through TUGS. A booking request is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes payable only after the applicable terms are agreed through TUGS and the required parties acknowledge the structured agreement recorded by the platform.
TUGS records the authoritative booking agreement as structured data — including the agreed fee, event details, and acknowledgments. Booking chat and messages are communication tools only; they do not create, override, or replace the structured agreement recorded by TUGS.
Where a booking requires payment, the audience pays through PayMongo before the booking is finally confirmed. Payment is held by PayMongo during checkout; TUGS does not hold or custody funds in escrow.
After the service or event is completed, the artist may submit completion through TUGS and the customer may confirm completion. Concerns or disputes may be submitted through the platform's supported workflow, and an authorized resolution may determine the final outcome.
Where TUGS offers credits or a wallet balance to audience users, that balance is recorded by our systems. Credits are a platform balance for use within TUGS as described at the time of purchase; they are not cash and are not withdrawable by audience users.
Artists have a separate earnings and payout functionality: verified payout destinations can be added, and cashout requests are processed through the platform. Payout availability, review, and timing depend on the applicable transaction and platform processes; TUGS does not promise instant settlement or fixed processing timelines.
If you believe a booking record or a credit balance is wrong, contact support rather than arranging payment outside the platform, so that we can check the record safely.
